My application was not successful. Can you tell me why?

In case your application is not successful, please make sure that:

  1. Your internet connection is all good;
  2. All fields with red mark are already filled;
  3. All attachments is submitted with maximum file size 100 MB; and
  4. You have verified the application by entering 2 random digits of number on the verification field.

If the problem persists, please contact the OC.

What if I want to take this summer school as an elective program for my university?

Yes, you may take this summer school as a point for elective for your university. The committee will also provide some requirements (including signatures and stamps) as well as some evaluation forms, in case you need them. Please contact us concerning this matter.

Can I apply an medical clerkship program in this summer school?

BISS is a 6 days program for medical and health studies students that will provide you an opportunity to learn about Travel Medicine while discovering the Balinese cultures and tourism. Here you will also have the chance to do practicing and visiting the hospital. But it should be emphasized that BISS is not a clerkship program for the medical students.

However, if you want to apply for medical clerkship/elective program at Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, you may visit our university site (http://fk.unud.ac.id/) for further information.

How and when I have to pay?

The committee will inform you when you should pay after we received all required documents from you.

All payment will be made by Bank-wire Transfer, and the amount depends on the time of payment deadline. We recommend that participant candidates transfer registration fees before the final deadline. Please remind that bank transfers need 3-4 working days to be received in beneficiary account and please include transfer charge fee to your payment. In case of overcharged and/or undercharged payment, we will notify the candidates.

I’m flying to Bali. How do I get to the campus/lodging?

The committee will provide the transportation when you arrive at the airport. So please inform us the date of your arrival. :)

May I arrive early of leave later?

The participants are allowed to arrive earlier or leave after the specified date of the event. However, the committee will only bear the accommodation and transport during the event (August, 10th – 16th 2017).

May I leave lodge house to stay with family or friends?

The committee advised you to stay within the venue area. However, there is no specific restriction to stay at the house all the time. Having dinner out or going away with parent or friend at free time is okay. But if you wish to do that, the participant must inform the committee.

Is there any special thing we need to bring for the summer school? How about the dresscode?

How do I get to Bali?

Flights

  • Numerous direct flights from Europe, America, Australia and most Asian Countries.
  • Domestic flights to and from major cities within Indonesia.

Sea

  • Regular passenger ferries from Java and Lombok.
  • Cruise ship stop-offs.

Overland

  • By car or bus from Java.

Consult your local travel agent concerning this matter. Please notice that the ticket(s) is not included in the summer school fee. So, you will need to buy ticket(s) and travel tax/insurance on your own.

Refund?

50% refund is available only for the cancellation a week after the payment. Confirmation of cancelling more than three weeks will not be refunded.
